Was ready to buy a 23 bronco for 4-5 years at 3.5 apr. Came out to like 35k. I wanted to trade in my 2014 f150 toward it. They only offered me 10 grand. Nissan offered me 19k for it and kb had it at 15-17k.

I really wanted the bronco

Give it some time before writing yourself out completely. When I got my first car with my dad, he had us walk out despite knowing I wanted it (I did know enough to do my best not to let the dealership know that though). He wouldn't budge at the interest rate % he wanted (I can't remember the actual number lol).

I do remember they called us back in a few days and were totally willing to do so.
