You're not "kidnapping" a lost baby when you find it in the middle of nowhere and take it in yourself when you have no way of locating the parents; that's just you being a kind-hearted person. Ultimately it was for the best that the baby with a Stand be raised by someone who also had a Stand. So if you adopt missing children out of the goodness of your heart, you're a cheater who fucks college girls in your 60s.
