Because not everyone can be as talented at dual languages? Fuck you probably only have so many artist that go between two languages and one is Hikaru Utada and they are basically the biggest exception who doesnt even really fall into J-Pop as their genre. --- "He may be Mr. Clean, but his soul will always be dirty!" ...
