name in it? From [email protected]? Just trying to determine if this is a legit Walmart email address. Just made me nervous as yes I have an account with Walmart, but I have my messages turned off on that account, but guess that wouldn't stop them from sending ToS type emails?

Just extremely nervous as my first name was in the email, and uncertain if this is a scam email. Please help, ty.

its probably nothing to worry about. i would just check my account on the actual website (like in a browser, not by clicking the email) to see if there are messages there

@HelIWithoutSin

Did you get paranoid and start changing passwords and what not? I changed the Walmart one, but I'd rather not change my Gmail one if possible. I use my Gmail on Chromebook and its always a strange time consuming procedure. Like it only wants to recognize my old password so have to try various methods until it recognizes the new password. Then it treats it like a new login on a new device. I have 2 step on it though.

I also got an email yesterday asking me to rate my recent purchase, but I haven't bought anything from the website in a couple years. And what they wanted me to rate was a package of apple fritters I'd bought in one of their stores. Like how the hell did they tie my email address to my buying something in the store?
