Background: Had an extremely busy and eventful week. Barely had a spare moment to myself and on top of everything I was sleeping poorly.

Woke up around 4AM yesterday and couldn't get back to sleep. So I worked on school shit for a few hours, then went to the gym, then class. Then in the middle of class I started to get a scratchy throat. By the time I got to work later that afternoon my throat felt raw/throbbing, which extended into my ears. I also had sore joints and was extremely tired.

By the time I got home later that night I was shivering, the throat/ear pain got to the point where I thought my head was gonna pop open, and I was spitting out chunky brown mucus from the back of my throat.

Chugged some Nyquil, passed out til around 10AM and aside from some slight stuffiness in my nose and a bit of scratchiness in one area of my throat I feel fine.

I assumed I was getting a cold or the flu, but I don't think they usually work like "feel crummy the first day then feel almost fine the next day" so I don't know.
