I have yet to find one as good as spotify.

I'm currently using a 3 month free trial of apple music and I'm not impressed at all.

Amazon music would randomly cut out even with downloaded music, Apple is doing the same,Google play wasn't bad but it's not worth it.

Tried Tidal too,wasn't impressed mainly because it didn't have a lot of the artists I listen to.

Didn't really like pandora either.

YouTube is ok but the only downside is the app won't play in the background on my Xbox one.

Spotify has been consistently good over the past 3 years I've been using it.

I've never had any issues with Apple Music plus the new Sing feature is pretty convenient. With the push of a button you can disable the vocals and only listen to a song's instrumental.

Spotify is good for mainstream stuff and only listening to an artist's most popular songs. Spotify doesn't always have an artist's entire discography even for really popular musicians.

I don't know what's going on but i don't have downloaded music ever cut out on spotify.

I use Amazon Unlimited and have had zero issues. My only issue is the website doesn't have a fucking volume slider for some reason. But the app is what I use most to connect to my bluetooth in my car and it's just fine.

Spotify has a nice interface.

Ive found a lot of artists that I never heard of on spotify that aren't even mainstream

I can usually find like 90% of an artists songs though

It's not that black and white.
One popular artists might have only a couple out of plus 15 albums that in total have have sold in the millions, whereas a literal nobody band from five decades ago who produced a single album of which only a few hundred were pressed (and even less sold) has that lone LP in full plus unreleased songs and their demos.

I got a dongle dac from Amazon and they offered 1 week of prime for 2 dollars and a free 3 month plan for Amazon music and now I have a phone system as good as a home stereo system. See the Amazon music streams hifi quality music files.

If I need to specifically stream, I just use youtube.com with uBlock Origin

I canceled my subscription because I use YouTube way more often and decided to sub to that, but I still agree Spotify is better.

Spotify used to be good but ever since it updated I need an online connection for shit I've downloaded now.

I use Tidal for a couple reasons (better pay for artists, master quality, etc) -- but I will say that spotify has the superior library.

i like spotify over apple too, just a shame it doesn't work as well on my apple watch

Apple Music is good but if you just play your custom radio because you just want to throw on some music, it's super repetitive. Also there's one Pantera song that's for some reason censored on all platforms except Apple Music.

I mostly use YouTube Music. Daily mixes are decent, but it's nice having access to more obscure "unofficial" tracks available on YouTube. My only gripe is that it sometimes decides on it's own to play music video versions of songs, which have music video sounds or are censored, which sucks.

My only issue with Spotify is that the niche songs I like aren't on there. And when I add them myself, they stop working after like a week and I have to reinstall the app to get them to work again. That gets real annoying after several reinstalls

So the fact that those songs are on YouTube is making me consider switching to YouTube music.

i use spotify and amazon, and right now i prefer amazon

I guess Spotify doesn't understand them either lol. Theres no option for the lyrics, nice song though I added it to my liked songs

Nugs is my favorite, but I'm a live music kinda guy

Spotify is great, but I recently got YouTube Premium, so I use that music service. It actually has more of the songs I listen to (indy) than Spotify.

Podcasts is its own app on apple devices and is completely free
