There are quite a few, but none that I would consider particularly good. The closest to being "good" involves just having super high Loyalty on on a cheap Planeswalker (Kiora comes to mind) and chaining it with Displacer Kitten + cantrips and the like. It creates infinite turns pretty early, but considering it would only be available in extremely high powered formats having cards that do basically nothing outside of the combo is not a good feel.

Probably better is the more cute line in using it with derpy Planeswalkers in a lower powered format as something like Tibalt is not too shabby as a Proliferate engine and there are enough Planeswalkers that were balanced around not sticking around that you could do some goofy nonsense that could end up stealing a win.

And Tekuthal is pretty legit. Four mana for a 3/5 flier is worth it and the fact that you can pay 1 to make it indestructible at instant speed can royally hose some decks. The proliferate aspect is more just something for Saffron and will mostly be good for the memes.
