I've been getting more and more into coding in the past 6 months or so. The people on our network engineering team that have coding experience swear by Macs over Windows, so I'm making the switch. This is also the first job I've worked at where there doesn't seem to be much pushback to get them to take on the expense of getting their engineers Macs. Mac was horseshit for coding for me. The fingers are more awkward for the more useful shortcuts, and the windows management is a nightmare that requires more motions and multiple hand buttons to navigate. I hate it.
