The metal stem from the base interfered with the plastic stem on the lid.

In desperation. I just ran the base until the stem went down. I will take pics if anyone wants to see.

I replace flour with fine corn flour, tequila with vanilla (same alcohol content),. baking powder with baking soda and sprinkle salt on the center.
