Used it briefly as a child.

I've been in fine in my adult like, although at times I have noticed if I'm running, its not that I get tired but I feel like I just can't catch my breath or take deep breaths. Regardless I've been able to build up my tolerance up to like 2 miles.

Since I got covid though, my exercise tolerance has gone to complete shit. I can barely run half a mile before I'm gasping for air.

Ironically I'm a pulmonologist who sees patients all the time with the exact same story. Its not uncommon that covid worsens any underlying asthma (or can cause it even if you've never had it). I've had to step up these patients on their inhalers.

Just took 2 puffs, gonna run in about 15 min.
