I feel that every major studio these days has 2 teams: a strong one that takes their time and a weak one that rushes things out.

Its what put the Xbox One underneath the Ps vita and Wii U. Those systems had first party support, to the point where the Wii U had a better 2017 in its dying year with BOTW than MS cancelling the only game thier system would have.

To this day Microsoft hasnt managed to actually manage a first party stream of games. They buy devs and hope for the best, they might just now be about to fix that, but for now, theyre in the doghouse. You dont cancel your flagship game, or whatever you want to call a Hideki Kamiya project.
