That's a phrase that's been gaining a lot of popularity, like I guess you're supposed to have a far more agreeable opinion if you don't spend any time on forums or on Twitter. But do me a favor and introduce a new cast. Don't give me lesbian Daphne, Black Shaggy and token white guy Fred. I'll use the example of Undergrads, a popular Canadian cartoon from the early 2000s. When Pete made new friends, they weren't carbon copies of his old friends. They all had unique designs, names, and personalities. You can do that, it's possible.
