While I highly doubt the game is going to be a disaster like the console launch version of CP2077, the people making Hogwarts Legacy have only made shovelware in the past and people have hyped the game to the moon. Elden Ring I could understand since the worlds were very detailed, the draw distance was enormous, and there's a lot of flashy particle effects in the combat. This one mostly just seems to be the result of devs that have only worked on shovelware attmpeting something bigger. And that's not meant to be a knock on it, because I'm excited for it. But the game doesn't really need to be anything groundbreaking, just a competently made Harry Potter game. I'd rather it be a standard open-world RPG with a Harry Potter skin on it than it being overly ambitious and biting off more than it can chew.
