Not sure what the weight equates to in raw curl power since it's a cable machine, but it's not easy. Used to be my one rep max.

Now I can do 3 reps, and I literally can't set the weight any higher. So... yeah, cool I guess.

I do that, too. But honestly I like the machine because I really love arm wrestling, and I feel like the tension in the cable more accurately reproduces the effect of being "pulled" in an arm wrestling match.

I don't go heavy on bench due to costochondritis. I *think* the heaviest I've ever done was 265. Definitely 245. Not insane numbers.

For everyone else: No, he's not actually curling 345lbs with one arm. The pulleys on the machine drastically reduce the amount of force needed to lift that weight.

I'd estimate that TC could curl 135ish on a straight bar, or 60lb dumbbells for 3 reps. Which is still good. Not trying to dig at TC.

^That's pretty accurate, though I haven't really tested my curl max lately. To repeat what I said before, I like the machine because of the constant pull. Often I'll just hold the curl mid rep to really feel the tension.
