Been watching through TMNT 2003 for the first time the past few months. Its been awesome. I watched maybe the first season and a half when it aired and then just stopped following. Absolutely couldnt tell you why lol I dont remember making a conscious effort to stop watching, but maybe I just got busy with high school.

Its been fun revisiting it though, its funny how nearly twenty years later there was a lot that I had remembered clearly.

Im about halfway through the Fast Forward season and its grown on me. At first I was like ehhh.. this is kind of dumb (especially after the Ninja Tribunal season) but Ive been digging it. Kind of like the change of pace.

I kind of remember hearing about it getting a lot of hate when it first aired though. I can see why, especially if what I read is true about the Tribunal season not even airing before it.

I liked when Bishop showed up. The only thing that was missing was Baxter lol. Wouldve been funny to see that somehow Bishop kept him alive for another hundred years.

The 2003 series was really good, felt closer to the mirage comics a bit.

The OG series and the 2003 series was the peak of Turtles cartoons.

The 2007 animated CGI movie was damn good too.

Yeah I wasn't following the show at the time but I remember hearing that there was a "lost season" at the time. I didn't think much of it then but I was watching through this show a while ago and season 4 ended on a legit cliff hanger.

Still haven't seen the Fast Forward stuff personally but idk how fans must have felt going from the season 4 finale to a totally different show. >_>

Yeah, the original show and 2003 complement each other SO well. Theyre both amazing for different reasons.

Watched Head of State yesterday and got my wish lol Im so glad they managed to work Baxter into the future. The poor bastard lol.

Yeesh wtf were they thinking by giving them pupils in the final season? And April looks completely different.

Hate shit like that.

The final season redesigned everyone to look closer to the Imagi movie, which is kinda weird because as much as I liked the movie I don't think it did well enough to justify corporate synergy. >_>

Yeah thats what I figured lol. TMNT is a good movie for sure, but, yeah, not enough to change the show to look like it lol.
