Doing Raiden's first story quest chapter. I love how the EN VA makes the Puppet and Ei sound so similar yet so different, so you can immediately tell which one is talking

I think I'm going to give up on trying to make Ayato work. I just can't get him to work well with any of my reaction teams other than electro, and even then electrocharge isn't all that great now that bloom is out.

I feel like his ultimate has a lot of potential, but the inconsistency in how it applies hydro makes it hard to work around.

Alhaitham/Xiao and then Hu Tao/Yelan.

Don't want Alhaitham. I have C1 Xiao and everything prior to C6 is useless.
I have C1 Hu Tao and her C2 is kinda meh. I have C2 Yelan that's a good stopping point.

Guess I'm saving this guaranteed pity for the next patch.

At this point the only characters I'm looking forward to are Dehya, Hydro Archon, and Capitano

Might be interested in a couple other characters depending on how they play

Al, Dehya and Cloud Retainer for me. I'm not that into the Fontaine designs but I'll probably get the archon at least, because they're the archon lol

My primos are safe for the remainder of 3.-once Dehya is acquired.

I decided to go with a tenpull for Raiden. I was on 71 pulls so I figured I had a good chance of getting her.

If it doesn't work out I still have Hu Tao to look forward to. She has a cool dodge and I like her character overall

If you're going for Hu Tao you really should get C1 too, or she's quite clunky.

Finally finished building/gearing my Sucrose and boy did I underestimate how OP she is. Seriously wtf?

3.4 is gonna have 80+ pulls f2p you're almost certainly gonna get there

I have enough fates to hit my hard pity, but I'm gonna wait until at least 3.5

Hu Tao seems fun, but hoping the leaks are right about 3.5 so will be holding firm

Speaking of 3.5, I'm surprised by how little we know about Dehya and Mika considering that drip marketing should be in a day or two

I don't think the beta starts for another few days. We'll get a bunch of stuff starting then and pretty soon after, gameplay.

It's not. The only attacks you should be uding with her is charge and burst.

C1 is a very significant upgrade for Hu Tao. Probably the strongest single early constellation in the game.

Lately I've been into 4 stars in general. I just find them a lot more fun to play. They're not even harder, really, but compared to 5 star characters you get a lot more out of strategizing and playing to their strengths.

Then again, maybe that's because none of my banner 5 stars are higher than C1.

Early 4 stars are cracked with how good they are.

V ruined the whole game to me with his garbage gameplay and insufferable personality.
I wish they just made Vergil the third playable character instead of making a third of the game completely fucking unenjoyable. I enjoyed Donte's game more than DMC5.

I hated V. I especially hated his gameplay. It never felt precise enough.

Yeah, it just felt so terrible playing his slow, detached, buttonmashy playstyle in a super fast-paced tight combat system like this.
I never felt like I was playing the game.

At least Dante's playstyle is still a blast

Dehya self-heals, self-shields, self-supports and sounds like she might rival Klee with that application.
3 skill effects and context-sensitive burst attacks.
Incredible C1 that scales HP into attacks.

I figure her multipliers will be low and split into very many hits with bad ICD?
Sound bad for vape (except at C1 with xq+yelan) but incredible in mono pyro.

Her kit is WAY over-optimized, likely high or top tier. Not in damage but in versatility (burgeon, buffs) and self-sufficiency.

Dehya sounds like a goddamn badass queen and I'm so glad I'll have enough for her. Bless!
