Not for dry january but the frequency has been creeping up over the last year. Time for a break. It crazy how easy it is to stop when its not part of your routine. Nice. It was an absolute nightmare for me, but I was drinking near fatal amounts on a regular basis. Pro tip: I had insane cravings for random candies when I was detoxing. Alcoholic drinks have a ton of sugar (even stuff like tonic water has insane amounts of sugar), so grab some candy and you can ride it out. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I don't think I'll ever drink again, last time I drank I started smoking cigarettes again and I really don't want to end up addicted to that garbage so I'll just stick to psychedelics from here on out (which greatly helped me to quit smoking and drinking btw) --- There was a sig here It's gone now ...
