what jerks. ive been waiting and waiting for my real plates and nothing. finally i gave up and called DMV and said there was no license plate order, just a transfer and it should have came with plates. no plates. they gave me paper plates. so i had to go down to the DMV and buy new plates for 25 dollars. time to take them to small claims court for 25 dollars. --- JISOO JISOO ... No, you either transfer plates or they get new ones for you. It's literally part of what you pay them for. You should call them up an bitch tc.
