I have been watching all of these wrestling Docs. And it is like every other wrestler doing just going horrible things. From assaulting women, to trying to kill people, fighting with cops, and just wow. Heck this one I just watched had this guy named Ken Patera. He threw a Rock thru the window of a McDonalds and when the police came for him he fought them. And that is a nothing burger compared to all of the horrible stuff being done.

Another Wrestler was with him and said it was a 32 pound rock. So when Patera claimed a random guy came up and threw it . It just didn't add up. Like right to this man's face said yeah you did that shit.

It is a business full of carnies so you will get that unsavory element.

Especially back then when there wasn't a ton of money to be made and people were on the road nonstop. All they had to do was drink and get in fights. Some of the fucking stories about Haku are just insane.

A lot of them are on way too many PEDs and develop CTE and things similar to it. It's not a healthy profession, especially if you start out in a highly unregulated amateur league before falling into a job with some kind of actual safety standards.

Some of the Iron Sheik stories are hilarious

It's not the wildest or craziest story, but my favorite IS story is him thinking that testing positive on a drug test meant he was in the clear. "Positive's good, yes?"

This is true. There's still guys out there being sex predators and overall shit heads both in and out of the ring. There's still politicking and backstabbing as well. Certain folks like to say the business has changed, but it hasn't really that much.

The fact that WWE is honoring Ric Flair shows that there are still some issues. However the issues seem to be far less then it was back then. Seeing how there were literal riots and the fan getting beat up.

You don't see that much out side of some Nick Gage bullshit.

Oh for sure, but the life is a bit less awful and you don't hear about them getting into drunken bar brawls which end with them fighting the cops anymore like you used to.

Tons of people in power with fame just did awful things, it seems, and were better able to get away with it due to no internet etc to spread awareness and pressure. Not that it's solved now, ofc...

If you're ever doing an interview with Ken Patera, you might want to refrain from mentioning the McDonald's incident or asking him about the two years he spent in prison because of it.
