They all probably should be working from home. The overhead costs are just not worth having everyone there. This basically forces the overhead costs on to the employee.

I think his grand plan is to get everyone to quit voluntarily and then mock them for not being hardcore and skilled enough for the job. He thinks he can run the entire operation with a couple poached guys from Tesla and the boring company
