Both uses up your stamina but you can improve your stamina over time, but IT uses up your stamina SIGNIFICANTLY and can go wrong if you are too tired when using it.

With flying you can improve speed and endurance with training, butb you have to train hella hard in da beginning as you learn, you won't immediately be able to fly, just da ability to learn

With IT, you can only IT to places you've been to, you can also IT only one other person. You can only IT 5 times a day and only improve da amount by one every 3 years

Really tough choice to make. Teleporting would save me a ton of time. But flying would come in a lot of handy as well, and I think thered just be something joyous about being able to do it.

I'm afraid of heights, so flying is a no go, especially since you can run out of stamina. Give my Instant Transmission.

5 IT a day is plenty. I'd take that.

Fuck flying would be too cold

If you have instant transmission you can just transmission away from the fight.

Flying would be too much of a pain without the enhanced super durability. Bugs, lack of air, coldness, etc.

I'd love the ability to instantly teleport to places I've already been. 1 hour commute? Nah Instant Transmission. Long ass flight back home after a vacation? Instant Transmission.

So its not Instant Transmission? Cause that only works if you can sense energy and you teleport to the energy source.

It's such a stupid gimmick. You're going to get some who notice and some who don't notice, so the answers choices are skewed making it pointless.

There is no limits placed on the non-human/non-living stuff that could be transported, therefore instant transmission would be quite relevant for being a courier. I imagine you could make a lot of money that way even if it was only limited to a couple times a day. Doubly so if it included derivatives.
