I don't mind the sight of blood ... but I do get faint and get blackness around the rims of my eyes when they extract. I find that incredibly displeasing so haven't donated in a few years.

Lemtrada. It's basically a chemical chemotherapy. It was originally a treatment for leukemia, but is now primarily used for people with relapsing remitting MS after two or more treatments have failed to work.

If your wife has progressive MS, it isn't an option, unfortunately.

All Amazon, but you get to pick which one you want. They have about 2 dozen options, like Walmart, domino's, Target, etc.

I've donated at least 6 times this year and I've gotten roughly $120 in Amazon gift cards + the Xtra $90 I found today. Apparently they started a tiered reward system this year
