I also remember plugging it in and being able to play the games immediately. It's one of my favorite Christmas memories and every time Christmas comes around I get a wave of nostalgia thinking of unwrapping that Playstation. This Christmas my nephew got a PS5 and spent all day updating it before he had to install the games he got with it which was a few hours wasted the day after Christmas. It's insane to me how much it's changed. I switched to PC gaming because it seemed like every time I turned on my Xbox One there was a multi gig update for it. Even PC gaming has its flaws. I don't like the trend of having to be connected to the internet to play single player games. /rant --- Rip Sig 20??-20?? ... Copied to Clipboard!
