It will be probably be something like Sonic 3: Big Cat Fishing

Knuckles is getting his own spinoff movie, which you can see directly after the Sonic 3 movie, thus tou get a Sonic 3 & Knuckles movie.

They should re-release the first two movies with added scenes of what knuckle was was up to during the events of those movies to mimic the way you could use the knuckles cart on the older games.

Need to edit Knuckles back into scenes from Sonic 1.

I wouldn't count on Hollywood being clever enough to do that
