Each week they only find out the deadly illness by putting the people thru a battery of test that would most likely kill them or make their quality of life washing they were dead. I don't know why this was sticks out, but he induced a seizure in some guy who was standing up in a Hospital room. Like he has done worse stuff than that. But for some reason this one just sticks out the most as what the hell motherfucker. Also I remember they brought in a new owner or a CEO and he was an asshole like house and fans hated him. He made a big donation to the hospital and then demanded the hospital bend to his whims. His big issue with House wasn't that he did unethical things, it's that his cases didn't earn the hospital enough money. He forced Chase to spy on House under threat of being fired. He forced House to choose one of his subordinates to fire solely to be petty, refusing when they instead offered to all take a pay cut.
