While my family does celebrate Christmas, I generally dont.

We didnt get any sort of invite to family gatherings, if they even had them.

So I made

Brown butter infused Turkey breast in the air fryer.

Packet mashed potatoes with sweet corn

Stovetop stuffing

Homemade gravy

Sara Lee pumpkin pie.

It was a good meal. Im still itising.

My dad even managed to eat a plate. So thats nice.

nice. I cooked too. Not as fancy but..

  • chicken tikka masala with jasmine rice (the guy who invented tikka masala died recently)
  • potato salad
  • dessert was a mandarin orange
and paired it with a bottle of red

Chicken Tikka Masala is one of my favorites. I use basmati rice with chicken stock, tumeric, and cumin, and peas.

Mmm. Making me hungry. And Im full.

i made a nice lil holiday half-ham with a rum glaze. made a lot of extra glaze so i dumped some in my BBQ baked beans.

mother in law handled the sides, mostly box/can but that's ok. Was all tasty af.

We then quickly GTFO'd

The Turkey actually turned out really nicely from the air fryer. But I didnt take pictures of it.

Im not a fan of glazed ham or rum. But thats me lol.

I can do homemade sides but not where I live right now. So boxed stuff is easier. And truthfully I like it a lot regardless. Especially with how much easier it is to make. Lol
