Woke up feeling somewhat groggy since it was so cold and I had a heater blowing towards me as I slept. As the day's progressed I've been feeling weaker, my head constantly feels like there's a ton of pressure, I haven't eaten or been to the bathroom all day, and I can't focus on anything.

I'm terrified of bringing this up because I don't want to ruin Christmas dinner and be awkward. I ruin everything.

This feeling could very well be part of what's making it more intense. Otherwise, it could always be Covid, since that's just a sickness still spreading like wildfire that we just decided is ok to happen. Hope it's nothing major. Try to talk yourself down and see if it helps. Could also be stress from Christmas in general.

You're going to get everyone else sick anyway at this point. Might as well roll with it.

I've become extremely depressed and anxious despite being fine yesterday and for a little while this morning.

My bad? I assumed most people still jump to that as a theory when feeling sick. I don't understand how someone can shut out the disease that's been spreading for over 2 1/2 years >_>. I've had so many scares Im desensitized at this point.

I don't have insurance and in my area I have no options. I have a number of physical and mental health concerns that I just can't afford to take care of. Going into debt to treat these issues is just going to make me ten times more worried and anxious.

It sucks, and there's nothing I can do about it. I have no option but to just accept it.

Update: Tried to eat dinner and I vomited like crazy, fun fun fun

I don't have a job at the moment and to be honest, whatever job I could find would not give me any benefits whatsoever.

Another update: I strained so hard while vomiting that my face broke out in these little red spots. Its apparently normal but still, what the fuck man

idk man, just go to the emergency room and give a fake name.

If you dont have income, apply for state aid. They will give it to you. Your job should be looking into social programs to help you get on your feet.
