This did not work. I could have microwaved the filling with starch before putting it in the crust. Too late.

I let it cool, froze it and then baked it.

Probably pro tip, but there really isn't cheating in baking. It's a lot of precision and attention to detail, theres a science to it and trying to cut corners and whatnot usually results in a poor final product.

Also if you get a new cookie sheet, line it with aluminum foil for easier cleanup and longevity of the sheet.

Parchment paper is your best friend when it comes to baking. Those sheets help so much. Also if your gonna freeze something then bake it you gotta adjust the timing vuz it's not gonna bake the same way unless it's defrosted. Did you bake the crust for a bit before you filled it? Helps the crust from getting super soggy.
