You can literally just enter the same password and it accepts it.

I've been using the same password for over 3 years at this point >_>

It doesn't let us keep the same password, so I'm just counting up each time. Password1, Password2, Password3, etc. I'm up to 22.

I think if I ever worked at a place that had truly "proper" password resets I'd probably lose my mind. Even the place I used to work at didn't lol (you technically had to change it, but you could do the number iteration).
