When AT&T finally brought fiber to my neighborhood, I immediately upgraded, and their service was great.

Sure it did. Yesterday my sister, brother and his husband came over, and we ate, and watched movies. I dont remember what cause my brother gave me something. I threw up twice last night, and am still queasy, I cannot eat, or think straight. My sister is currently at work throwing up.

Their trade in program needs to be investigated. Ive literally had two phones stolen from me via trade ins cause they dont accept them in store.

and att outsources their trade ins to a 3rd party company who takes the phones and tells you they are damaged on arrival.

last one wasnt ever processed and when I called att they said there was nothing they could do cause its handled via courier from the post office to the 3rd party.

i despise ATT they tried to charge me hundreds of dollars. Luckily I got out of having to pay them. But I switched to another provider and have been having a decent experience ever since.

I've had such a terrible experience dealing with AT&T for like 10 years now. Unfortunately, they're the only ISP that has fiber at my house, so I have internet through them. I've got to give credit where it's due, though. I've had zero internet problems with AT&T in almost 2 years.

I had to drop AT&T TV for Youtube TV, though. When they switched to DirecTV Stream, they removed the ability to stream sports games from the various apps they stream on. When I called them about that, they accused me of trying to get NFL Sunday Ticket for free, even though I've never had NFL Sunday Ticket. I canceled, and they tried to charge me like $650 for a cancellation fee.

I ended up getting out of the cancellation fee by telling them that they're the ones who didn't honor the contract.
