i'm starting to cook up a Hunter x Hunter themed role madness game and we'll see how that progresses but i have some stuff i'm excited about which hopefully comes together cohesively

however

i just got a new job and have to move to washington dc to start on april 10th so i definitely don't have time to run anything at the moment

anyone who has time to run a game is free to pass me up right now, dunno how long until i have free time again

Id be interested in adding Toy Story mafia to the list. I have a game thats pretty much done (I think?), I just need it checked for balance and to finish writing up the flavor text. I think everyone will have a little more faith in me after seeing me play Star Trek and im sure Id be fine on my own but Im very much open to a co-host since Ive never hosted before, if anyone is interested. We have time to figure that out though

I have an experimental Mafia setup that I could put signups for and start on Tuesday. It would be a heavy power game. I would just need a nighttime co-host (MZero or Ctes) who could handle being around after 1am EST.

I also had another idea for a "Kingmaker" esque mafia.

After sign-ups are locked, everyone vote for a King for the game. That person is TOWN King the entire game - bulletproof, and he decides who dies every day.

It would be a version all based on making your arguments to the chosen King... and for choosing who gets to be King, people might have some variation - someone like Chris is powerful, and people could be banking on just rolling Town, or BCT could be given a game with no suspicion on him. Isquen could live to endgame for once.

Just another idea that had percolated a bit.

Yeah I'm going to hard pass on another kingmaker game.

Would that make me Queen all game?

I also think the first experimental I'm talking about would be good for people who want to take a break or are feeling down about themselves.

It's a heavy power game where people are meant to have fun and not feel super pressured.

As much as I'd like to play that, I can't. Vacation. Cruise starts tonight. Will be in Honduras when the game starts and won't be able to be caught up for the first calendar week. And then I have gobs of things to get caught up on.

My "Complicated Mafia" is similar in concept to that, with many ridiculous roles. It's not finished yet. That won't be ready until May.

I wouldn't mind at all, but I'll just play instead if MZero ways to. If we start Tuesday I can play.

I don't want to like, skip over the queue if anyone is very ready, but if people want something that should be relatively quick, fun, hopefully low-stakes and low-frustration, then I'll get sign-ups up.

I don't mind being skipped. I probably won't have time to host at all until around August.

Ive been out of town for work pretty much every day since I brought the idea up to my son. Haven't had any progress due to that.

waits for my Independant survivor that has no nk and can only win as the remaining player alive in the game.

I have no idea what my upcoming schedule looks like because today was "Ok I need to get out of here like now" day at work.

They've been cutting costs like crazy but this last one directly endangers employee safety and that's kind of where I'm drawing a line.

Not me. I mean, my game is ready to go, but I don't have the capacity to host a game right now because my schedule is really busy around the usual time we have our deadlines.

Waiting until around May to say I'll be ready to host a game

I haven't been able to make Purple Monkey Dishwasher mafia work with the idea I had in mind yet. Also haven't tried in a while though.

I have Tekken Mafia I could have ready to start in a few days.

In any case, I probably can't play the next one, would be happy to host though, or to help someone host.

@changmas and lea are the others at the top, since sbell basically just hosted and igcd isn't ready yet.

That being said if neither of them are good to go then I'm down for another sbell game.

I mentioned my game because I was actually before the 2-3 above me on the list but just didn't get added for a while because Sultan thought I wasn't serious about it. Lea was definitely before me though.

And I read chang as not being ready until after April 10th but if that isn't right, then yeah, it's him.
