That person is TOWN King the entire game - bulletproof, and he decides who dies every day. It would be a version all based on making your arguments to the chosen King... and for choosing who gets to be King, people might have some variation - someone like Chris is powerful, and people could be banking on just rolling Town, or BCT could be given a game with no suspicion on him. Isquen could live to endgame for once.
