Yeah, Boxer's Omen owns. It feels like some mid 2000s Asian extreme movie, like a Takashi Miike piece, but its an early 80s Shaw Bros. flick.

I also recommend Hagezussa, from 2017. If you liked The VVitch, it's very much in the same vein but stronger. Not as good, maybe, but stronger, and also German.

Also, google "American Horror Project" and just watch the movies included on those Blu-ray sets. All six of them are interesting, a few (esp. Dark August and Dream No Evil) are genuinely superb.
