It seems to be just a cookie thing.

Its annoying whether you reject or accept all cookies the little bitch stays there

At the very least it is following the law, not all those cookie choices do that.

I have it on my phone too and yes its annoying. Its for cookies but even if you make choices and accept them it doesnt go away.

you can block it with ublock origin, although getting the right element is tricky

right click it, choose "Block Element...", and then from the Filters choose ###ot-sdk-btn-floating.ot-floating-button

that filter should get the whole thing with one entry

Yeah I noticed it on my phone and was like "the fuck? does my phone have a virus or something?" but nope it's here on my desktop too.
