I feel like a lot of people have this superstition. I'm aware it's 300% irrational, but nevertheless... I'm an Argentina football (soccer) fan. The first game I tuned into was the Saudi Arabia game, we all know how that went. After that I just caught up with highlights for pretty much every game right up until the final. For the final, I missed the first 70 minutes of the game. Argentina were up 2-nil. Within a few minutes of me tuning in, france scored...twice. I then turned off the tv. 15 minutes later I checked the score again. 3-2 Argentina, thank god. I refreshed the page and it was 3-all. At that point I just put everything down and vowed to not check anything until an hour later. Argentina finally won. Basically seconds after every time I checked the score it got worse. Don't know a name for it but know people that think that way. Some literally won't watch their team play. It's like what's the point of them being your team if you never watch them play? Was at a Saints game once and a drunk guy was telling me they won because he was there. I just went with it lol. Guy was absolutely nuts. --- RIP BigAirDay aka Bill.
