I didnr care about the story changes in ff7 re but I also didn't have that high of an opinion of the original story. I loved crisis core though so I feel I'm about to get a taste of what all the salty og ff7 fans felt.... I hope not though.

Crisis core reunion is amazing. Honestly at times it feels better than FF7R which was actually pretty damn good imo.

The biggest problem I can think of is probably the voice acting and motion capture or whatever. It can feel really stiff and artificial at times.

Just there are certain story beats that made me love crisis core.

Being drunk helped but crisis core is the only game that legit made me cry. How they handled the end really did it for me. I already knew what was gonna happen to Zack but the execution really made it special imo.

Unlike FF7 Remake, I'm pretty sure Crisis Core is a straight remake. Like, the same story as the original with almost 1:1 dialogue and whatnot, which is great.

I'd've already bought Reunion if Zack's new VA didn't bum me out so much.

I got over sephiroths VA change so I'll live I guess. Aerith can only be an improvement. Her voice acting sucked in the original imo.

Weird side note. Always did love sephys original VA was also superman. When I told my brother he sang one winged angel but replaced sephiroth with superman in the lyrics
