Ill probably do it when I have to for Kawakamis storyline, but its looking like this is basically going to be one giant pace visit.

No Mementos OR Kawakami? What are you even doing??

Mementos should be explored rarely but in long bursts. It's incredibly easy to get experience and money there, especially once you have Ryuji's ability to instakill enemies while moving around.

Kawakami is extremely useful, and is also my favorite girl. Cheap/free coffee/curry, laundry/tool making service, extra free time during school, and being able to go out after a Metaverse visit make her indispensable.

Shes too good to ignore and is gonna be my only gf this playthrough.

Technically you only really need to go Mementos around the end when it's forced on you. It's completely optional. However, there are some late confidant ranks that are locked behind Mementos requests.

A far as efficiency goes, you only really need to go to Mementos at least once a month.

I usually wait until a few days after clearing a Palace and letting a few requests build up, or if there's a confidant lock that I wanna get through.
