I had amnesia for 1/3 of my life

11/10 I have achieved enlightenment

I voted an 8, because I know myself well, love myself, do not get depressed...though I do get some anxiety for certain things, but since I am so at peace with myself, I still rate it highly.

I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety. I used to take medication for them, but I'm coping better now.

I voted 7/10. I have a great spouse, a comfortable home and food on the table. Ive got my fair share of trauma but therapy has been helping me manage it better.

Ive also been able to explore school as an option for the first time in my life and its a little overwhelming but Im optimistic.

Work frustrations are immense and if I take off they don't really cover for me that well.

They also won't hire someone to work in my specific department to give me a hand.

I voted 3 because I was thinking in the inverse. 10/10 mental health somehow meant max distress to me because I associate mental health with negativity so much but I'm actually doing fine these days so I meant 7

I've been in terrible condition for years. Oh, well.

Man, that poll is depressing. :(

8/10. Yeah I have anxiety issues apparently (not on any meds or anything) and a consent head pressure but it doesn't effect my day to day life all that much. Mindfulness and regular walks/hikes help clear my mind and I do those anyway. Strange enough on first impressions some folk see me as clam and intelligent. I have to say I'll accept those compliments.

I feel I have some undiagnosed anxiety and ADD issues, but I've taken some steps to remedy them and they aren't bad enough to prevent me from working or whatever.

After my dad being a prick yesterday, I vented my frustration into productivity for a change.

Bought an air purifier to help with the smell coming from the living room... hopefully.

Put it up, as well as assembling the electric shovel I bought.

Then I finally put my computer back together and started the leak test.

Then I cleaned my mechanical keyboard out... I hate doing that. Such boring work.

And today I went out and cleared the sidewalks before anyone else. The electric shovel made moving all that heavy slush soo much easier on my back.

8 or 9. Most of my conflicts are things I can't control at the moment, so I don't let it affect me like I used to. Other than that I like almost every aspect of my life.

Work has become worse and worse. No cost of living increases or even a Christmas bonus. I work for a bank btw, they can afford it.

I'd love to leave and find a new job but I'm epileptic and get frequent migraines and rely on fmla so I'm not exactly a desirable candidate. I'm just kinda stuck watching my money become more and more worthless while my job gets worse and worse. I should pick up over time but my seizures are stress induced so I literally can't.

5. Everythings fine and stable, albeit unexciting. The existential why is a problem.
