The writing was pretty terrible though (they literally used "the power of love" trope) and I don't think that it was the fault of the translation. Definitely very predictable though and some bad dialouge (can't get over that they actually said "the power of love", bleh) And I believe this story is meant to mirror the epic Ramayan.
