we were both on different wavelengths of what to expect/want going forward. got together end of high school, never been single for the entirety of our adult lives up until now, i was simply not ready to make this sort of commitment together while i am more self-focused and she is more us-focused. for me, if i was still having questions about whether i envisioned this as a lifelong thing or not, this was the point where id feel like i was stringing her along/leading her on if we made this sort of move together

i won an orchestra job in the sydney opera house, so will be moving down under
