Cart Narc is a hero. He rights the wrongs in this fucked up world. I am glad he is around and others who follow in his footsteps. I've had to stop my car while looking for a space to move a cart that traveled into the main pathway. More cart narc, less lazy bones.

Its actually not illegal. Cops have been called on him multiple times and they cant really do anything aside from defuse the situation when they arrive because hes technically offering a service.

And the one or two times it did get pushed through, it got dropped quickly because of that. So many organizations would be considered lawbreakers as well if that were the case. The laws not black and white, and the law most certainly doesnt magically book people because they hurt your feelings lol

Its still their property and a business can be held liable for negligence. As an example, if a store doesnt salt their parking lot in the winter and a customer slips, falls and injures themselves they can sue the store.

And shouldnt the Narc respect what the employees or business owners want? I doubt they like him turning customers away.
