they're not competitive. i don't feel like i always have to try to best them at everything, like my guy friends. everything isn't about being better than me. maybe with other girls, but not with me directly.

There's a difference between being a likeable jackass who's fun and interesting, and an unlikeable jackass who's foul and the stay-away-from-me kind of weird. The former gets invitations to hang out and constant engagement to chat 24/7 even from people who disagree; the latter gets a restraining order from people who agree and disagree alike.

You can definitely talk about these things with female friends. I do. It sounds like you haven't ever actually had any women as platonic friends and are just using outdated stereotypes.

If i have to tone it down for a woman to be my friend, then it aint going to work. The point of a friend is to talk about anything or to approach subjects naturally

you can't do that with the opposite sex because you'll be seen as weird or creepy. with a guy, i can roast him, insult him(all in good fun), talk about body counts, who i like, or hardships with.

That basically confirms that men and women aren't the same in terms of interaction. There are certain subjects I can talk with men, that I can't with women. Vice Versa with women. I can't tell a woman friend "you need to lose weight, you're getting fat". But no one would bat an eye if I told my guy friend he's gaining weight or getting fat. Society themselves makes it more acceptable to call out men for flaws or to be blunt with men.
You really can't talk to a woman, the same way you do to a guy.

I can't talk to most guys about my hair products. A lot of men have short hair or dont care , etc. And If I do talk to women, most of them don't give a shit or care about fighting or combat sports.

Let me ask you this, were you dating anyone at the time or able to get sex if you wanted it? Maybe part of the reason I can have female friends is because I don't have an issue getting laid. I don't need to push my frustrations onto my friends.
