I still own both brands, though, yet I STILL prefer PC to either of them... hell, including Nintendo consoles. I'll ditch Playstation too, as soon as they start doing day 1 releases on console and PC. However back when the ps2 and og xbox and ps3 and the 360 was a thing, I played them all pretty equally. (the gamecube was actually the one that was the odd man out for me during the ps2's time. Once I was done with phantasy star online ep 1 and 2 and tales of symphonia I traded mine in). OG xbox for all the online console gaming I was doing at the time and having the best 3rd party game ports, and the ps2 for it's huge amount of exclusives. I gamed on the 360 for years before I actually got a ps3 though. Xbox live arcade was great and the 360 games was nice. I think I got my PS3 in late 09' when valkyria chronicles and metal gear solid 4 was cheap. But yeah, right now the PS5 and the switch combo catches anything I want to play. My desktop PC is used for those indies that didn't get ported to either of the consoles yet.
