Chest and triceps day

-Incline dumbbell press x 7 (last three were dropsets)
-Bench flys flat x 4
-Pullover chest extension w single dumbbell laying flat x 3
-Single arm tricep extension x3 warmup
-Double arm tricep extension heavy X3
-Close grip bencpress with dumbbells to failure
-Dips to failure.
