Sorta, but no: My disability coverage lets me go to the city health gym but it's not really a "gym membership"

Yes, though I only go 2-3 times a week. I used to be more disciplined with it, but now I find it a bit boring compared to walking or running outdoors.

yeah i go to the rec center to exercise and light weights. keeping in shape a little bit anyway shed off a few pounds once in awhile

But since its Decemember and winter weather coming pretty soon, i wont be able to walk back and forth to and from the rec center. Since April, ive been exercising quite enough losing a few pounds when i can, im not gonna risk my life by freezing my butt off this month.

This week Im lucky enough that its warm during the day to go, but at night it starts getting real cold out

Yes, I lift 6 days a week. I'd like to say I take my fitness seriously and that I'm highly motivated but truth is I just have anxiety.

Yeah I bought some cheap workout bands and would rather use them than leave the house.

Yes only $10 per month for planet fitness but I need to cancel since I haven't been since Covid hit in early 2020. It's actually illegal to tell people they have to work out with a mask on. That's very dangerous. No matter what mainstream media says.

I bought a weight machine at Walmart. It wasn't horribly expensive (I think about $200 at the time), has a decent amount of weight (up to 282 pounds) and has an impressive number of exercises for upper and lower body. Only major problem is that it doesn't fold up or break down so it takes up a ton of space.

I picked up some kettle bells and resistance bands super cheap at Aldi. They also recently had a pedal exerciser for about $40; I bought one to use at work while I'm in meetings or doing stupid training. I've seen a similar machine sold elsewhere for over $100.

And walking is always free. Well, other than the cost of a decent pair of shoes. Walking on gravel roads for 5 km every day tends to wear out cheap shoes amazingly fast.

Since posting this I've gone every day for two hours, going to keep going every day until I'm hot.

Think my body recovers quick enough to do that. Up to running 1.5 miles now, and lifting as well.

I've had memberships at overpriced spin studios for a few years now, but hey it got me into exercise so if it works it works

also just signed up for a general gym membership through a corporate benefit discount which means that will start in the new year... it comes with 12 weeks 1on1 personal training but I wonder how available that will be since the timing is when everyone joins. ah well. I just don't know much about weights and want to know what I'm supposed to do without hurting myself, might just ask my bf to show me the ropes

also they have a sauna. I like saunas.
