I realized I let them schedule me when I need to bring my mom to the doctor in a couple days and I was so overwhelmed by all the new things they were teaching me all at once. I panicked and felt like I was gonna explode, I ended up just leaving. My doctor told me I need to find work that isnt stressful but I dont know how to find a not stressful job.
