The-19th-Sparta 12/05/22 6:25:17 AM #1:	I feel so bad that I allowed bad habits and stress to fuck me up so hard. It's probably recoverable but i'm most concerned about this beer gut I developed. I need to get back into working out and eating clean, but it will take a long time and these massive bags under my eyes are probably permanent now, but that's my fault. Why did I make this topic? Just venting I guess. I don't have anywhere else on the internet to rant or share my feelings.
