Seems like he has learned absolutely nothing from the jan 6th insurrection. If anything sounds like he is ready to double down and escalate magnitudes beyond what happened on jan 6th. He is essentially saying if the next election doesnt declare him the winner, then its time to tear it all down

No one should be surprised. He's an authoritarian, and anyone who supports him supports authoritarianism.

I really haven't heard any Trumpers try to deny that.

Most of them never card for the constitution anyway. Much like patriotism. It's a costume they put on and take off as needed. They only pump up the constitution to use as a weapon for their need. Most of them would use it as toilet paper the second it doesn't serve their purpose.

one person called Smackems a trump supporter and it was over a misunderstanding. Plenty of anti-trump people, including myself, called him out for misjudging Smackems like that (and the accuser is a good user too. He's just a bit reactionary and doesn't know Smackems at all).

Ironic that you used the word weapon since that's exactly one of the only two bills they obsess over.

I swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution.

Calls to terminate it, warrant an existential threat to the Constitution.

So that literally makes Trump an enemy of the state, since the laws that govern the country are derived from it. To terminate the constitution is to terminate the country as we know it.
