They also take like.. forever to get back to you on a job. If I'm waiting anything more than a week after an interview to find out if I got the job or not, I just assume I didn't get it and move on. And expecting people to fall on the sword for the company and get treated like trash without defending themselves... corporate culture is stupid and i'm glad i'm in a job where people will stick up for me instead of leaving me out to dry --- yes ...
