I have to fight Happy Chaos or that guy who uses the shadow or the guy who uses the fans. All of these people are OP. How the FUCK do I counter them as May?

Happy Chaos just juggles me endlessly. I cant get close cause he shoots.
Shadow dude is invincible during like every attack. He just uses his dust attack and it doesn't matter what attack I'm using, the hit connects and doesnt damage or stagger him and he knocks me into the air
Guy with the fans is the same, just spins forward and is completely invincible and my attacks dont work

Also everyone even as low as floor 5 knows combos and especially aerial combos. They can hit me for like 8-10 times in mid air perfectly. I don't even know how to use a dust launch. Its so risky and people just guard or counter. If they knock me against a wall they all know wall juggles. I only know one combo which is if I'm lucky enough to launch them with a crouch anchor, I can follow up with mr dolphin, air dash forward and maybe hit them mid air, and then do an overhead anchor slam when they land maybe 40% of the time (sometimes they have i-frames). but its a crapshoot if I can even launch them to begin with. that basic combo, plus my go-to attack which is jump, dash forward and hit them with the anchor while in midair (swung under may) has carried me to upper floor 9 and nearly floor 10. But everyone else can do combos perfectly and shit, I feel like I'm out of my league
